4. NO Porno, Adult, Gambling, Illegal Sites.

5. NO Racial Or Drug-Related Or Other Illegal Content.

6. You agree to receive email messages from other members to your (subscribe) e-mail

7. You Agree To Receive Messages from Admin At Your Email Address From The Administration Of ListBuildingMaximizer.com.

8. NO Multiple Accounts

9. Below is a small list of example subjects NOT allowed to be used when posting your ads to members of ListBuildingMaximizer.com members. We feel these are misleading subject lines and titles, similar subjects to the examples below may result in your account being suspended or deleted. However the rules are NOT limited to the list below, misleading subjects of any kind are not allowed.

* Fwd:
* PayPal has canceled your account
* URGENT
* Your account has been canceled / deactivated / terminated
* From admin
* Notification of payment received
* I read your ad / I saw your ad 
* You Earned a Commission

10. If you cancel your account before commission date, you will NOT receive commissions.

11. You may not hold ListBuildingMaximizer.com liable or responsible for any losses incurred due to use of ListBuildingMaximizer.com website, services, products, or recommendations.

12. ListBuildingMaximizer.com does not recommend, endorse, or affiliate with advertisements advertised by its members.

13. Mailing rules and terms allowed for all membership types may change at any time to maintain the quality of ListBuildingMaximizer.com.

14. Commission structures may change at any time to maintain the quality of ListBuildingMaximizer.com.

15. Breach of any rules may result in account removal, loss of referral commissions, and/or contest rewards. NO REFUNDS FOR VIOLATION OF ANY OF THESE TERMS!

16. ListBuildingMaximizer.com does not allow certain types of programs to be advertised here. This list includes, but is not limited to:

* Pyramid Schemes
* Ponzi Schemes
* Gifting Programs
* Money Laundering Schemes
* PTP (Paid-to-Promote)
* PTC (Paid-to-Click)
* Matrix
* Any site promoted primarily as an instant money-making system rather than providing real products, services, or information (This includes, but is not limited to sites such as ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, randomizers, matrix, etc)
* Any program ListBuildingMaximizer.com considers inappropriate

17. In order to enforce the rules of ListBuildingMaximizer.com, all websites and advertisements must be in the English language.

18. Commissions are paid monthly. If you enter incorrect payment details and your commissions payment is returned to ListBuildingMaximizer.com, ListBuildingMaximizer.com may remove said commissions from your account at our discretion.

19. Your account may be not be sold.

20. We reserve the right to change or add to our rules at anytime.

21. Violation of any of the rules above may result in your account being suspended or removed.
