Member Data Is for Operating the Service — Not for Handing Advertisers a Raw List.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to ListBuildingMaximizer.com and to information processed in connection with the List Building Maximizer member service when that service is available. Separate websites, products and third-party services may maintain their own privacy policies.

2. Information We May Collect

Depending on which features you use, we may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, account details, support messages, early-access signup information, campaign information and other content you submit.

Our hosting, security, analytics and website technology may also receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps and similar diagnostic or usage data.

3. Member Account, Credit and Campaign Data

When the member service is available, List Building Maximizer may process information needed to operate a credit-based email advertising network. This may include:

  • Member account and membership status.
  • Mailing-credit balances, usage and account allowances.
  • Campaign subject lines, promotional content and destination URLs.
  • Send counts, scheduling and campaign history.
  • Delivery, bounce, complaint, unsubscribe, click or engagement information where those features are enabled.
  • Abuse reports, policy-review records and account-security events.

The exact information collected will depend on the final service features and providers used at launch.

4. How Information May Be Used

Information may be used to operate the website and member service, manage accounts and credits, process campaigns, deliver member communications, respond to support requests, protect against abuse, improve the service, measure performance, comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.

5. Privacy Within the Member Email Network

List Building Maximizer is intended to operate as a platform-based member mailer. Advertisers use the service to send promotional messages through the network according to their credits and account permissions.

The rebuilt model is not intended to provide advertisers with a downloadable copy of recipient email addresses merely because they purchased or earned mailing access. A recipient would become part of an advertiser's own list only if that person separately and voluntarily submits information to the advertiser, such as by opting into the advertiser's landing page.

Messages sent through the network may contain links to independent websites. Once you follow an external link and provide information there, the destination site's privacy policy applies.

6. Email Communications

If you join the early-access list, marketing list or member service, you may receive administrative, service-related or marketing messages associated with the choices you make and the membership rules that apply.

Marketing communications should include available unsubscribe or preference options where required. Member-network promotional mail may be subject to separate participation settings and service rules disclosed when the member system launches.

7. Cookies, Analytics and Similar Technology

The website and future member service may use cookies, local storage, pixels, log files or similar technology for authentication, preferences, security, analytics, campaign measurement, affiliate/referral tracking or other operational purposes.

Most browsers let you control cookies. Disabling certain cookies may affect website or account functionality.

8. Third-Party Service Providers

We may use third-party providers for hosting, email delivery, analytics, security, forms, help-desk support, payment processing, authentication, content delivery or other business functions. Those providers may process information on our behalf or under their own privacy terms.

9. Data Retention

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate accounts and campaigns, maintain security and business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce service rules. Retention periods may differ by data type and provider.

10. Security

Reasonable administrative, technical and operational measures may be used to protect account and website information. No website, email system or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or other highly sensitive information through ordinary support messages unless a secure workflow specifically requests it.

11. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or information about certain personal data, subject to verification and applicable exceptions.

You may also unsubscribe from marketing communications, adjust available account or email preferences, control cookies through your browser and contact us with a privacy request.

12. Children's Privacy

List Building Maximizer is intended for a general business and online-marketing audience and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This policy may be updated as the website, member service, providers or legal requirements change. When revised, the Last Updated date should also be changed.
